For a lot of my life I brought the latter part of that statement: anger, frustration and impatience. I had three kids, 4 dogs and was living a life that wasn't making me happy. I was tired, suffering from severe anxiety and depression. It wasn't until my life fell apart that I realized I was the one who controls my life and my actions. That was when I was finally ready and able to put the work in and make the necessary changes to bring happiness, love and respect to my table.
